The role As we continue scaling globally, we’re looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Quality Specialist to join us remotely in India . In this role, you will be integral in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data across various systems and processes. You will identify data issues, implement data quality initiatives, and support the overall data governance framework that directly impacts our operational efficiency. Your expertise will help streamline processes, eliminate data bottlenecks, and enable faster, more informed business decisions that drive Ideals’ continued expansion. What you will do Enrich and enhance CRM data with consistent formatting for contacts, companies, deals and/or other entities Enter required data for contacts, deals, and companies into CRM from various data sources (audio, video, emails, etc.) Search contact and company information using internet resources (LinkedIn, Google Search, Bloomberg, etc.) Execute individual and team tasks/projects following specific algorithms (e.g., checking and correcting data arrays, loading contracts into PandaDoc, client entity verification) Prepare interim and final reports on project and task results Create articles and instructions in the Data Quality Workspace (Monday) Identify process bottlenecks and provide improvement recommendations Communicate with stakeholders to collect data from internal clients as part of project initiation and implementation Analyze automation opportunities for data enrichment and collaborate with the Revenue Operations Technical Team for implementation What you bring Over a year of experience in a similar role Strong business communication skills in English (B2 - C1) Strong systems and analytical skills Problem-solving mindset and proactivity High attention to detail, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Good knowledge of business communication standards Our assessment process Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (~30mins) Test Task 1 Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (60 mins) Hiring Manager interview (90 mins) What we offer We highly value our people, so we will empower you with all the resources and support to help you reach your full potential.
