Data Integration Administrator Firm • An 18-year-old, growing and award-winning Financial Services Firm with locations across the U.S., Jamaica and Manilla. PCI DSS Level 1 and SOC 2 certified holding National performance awards from major clients. Opportunity • We are seeking a skilled ETL Technician/Administrator to build and manage data pipelines, integrations, and automation across our enterprise systems. This role will be central to enabling secure, scalable, and reliable data movement and analytics to support our operations, compliance reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines between internal systems, cloud services, and third-party data providers • Build Python-based automation and orchestration scripts for data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and loading • Manage and optimize SQL-based data integrations (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) • Support and administer BI/reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Quicksight) including data modeling and dashboard performance tuning) • Implement data quality, integrity, and validation controls aligned with regulatory and audit requirements • Enforce secure coding practices, including secure credential handling, logging, error management, and input validation • Partner with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure data flows meet PCI DSS, SOC 2, GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, and FTC Safeguards Rule requirements • Document ETL processes, data mappings, and operational runbooks Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in ETL development or administration • Strong proficiency in Python (automation, scripting, APIs) • Advanced SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, performance optimization) • Experience with BI/reporting tools and data modeling concepts • Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools • Strong understanding of secure coding and data handling practices (OWASP, encryption, PII/PHI data protection) • Demonstrated experience working in financial services, lending, credit, or adjacent regulated industries Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure) • Experience with data warehouse/lake architectures and ELT/ETL optimization • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS 4.0, SOC 2, GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA) • Background in supporting SOC, audit, or compliance reporting Compensation • $125K - $145K+ base salary • Benefits offering • 401K If you or someone you know, may be interested in the above opportunity, please forward a copy of your resume.
