Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: California (USA) We are a Jewish synagogue looking for a skilled part-time Data Entry/Customer Service clerk to provide bookkeeping/administrative support. Duties include: • Processing & monitoring incoming payments, preparing monthly billing statements and following up on overdue payments. • Prepare bank deposits. • Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. • Resolve member billing issues and work with those in need on payment plans. • Work with outside bookkeeper to track invoices and pay bills. • Other administrative tasks as required. Requirements: • Willing to learn a new software program. • Data entry skills along with an aptitude for numbers. • Proficiency in English and MS Office. • Customer service orientation. • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Hours vary week to week but average between 10-15/week. Work must be performed onsite.
