Position Summary: Join Our Dynamic Team as a Data Entry Clerk We're looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a remote basis. As a critical member of our administration team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless communication with our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: What You'll Achieve as a Data Entry Clerk Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for filing and correspondence, ensuring compliance with our internal processes and external regulatory requirements. Obtain and verify supporting information and documentation to facilitate efficient file administration, including income and tax filings, asset realizations, and other relevant documents. Respond promptly to queries and requests from creditors, debtors, and internal stakeholders, providing timely and effective support. Liaise with our administration team to obtain information, documentation, and input on complex issues, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details and information. Prepare and review files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents and ensuring adherence to our naming protocols. Perform calculations for income and surplus income obligations, and conduct searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, house valuations, and computation of realizable value. Create and review documents required for signature, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance, and file documents with the Official Receiver (OR). Accurately transfer information from written and scanned records into Ascend, our internal software, maintaining client confidentiality and protecting operations. Liaise with external clients to clarify or obtain outstanding documents, providing exceptional customer service. Perform electronic filing of statutory documents, prepare documents for DocuSign, and review amended proposals, among other tasks. Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For To excel as a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you'll need: Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to quickly learn new computer software. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to various stakeholders. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other staff members and build strong working relationships. Preferred Qualifications: Nice to Have While not essential, the following qualifications can enhance your application: Previous experience in a debt solution or financial services environment. Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems. Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and regulations in multiple provincial jurisdictions.
