About the Role: Data Entry Clerk - 3rd Shift We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at our Carlisle, PA distribution center on a 3rd shift schedule. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring the accurate and timely input of time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system. This position is not just about data entry; it's about being an integral part of our team that drives production performance and incentive calculations for our associates and management. Key Responsibilities: Data Input and Management: Input time and production data for all DC associates into the Blue Chip computer system, ensuring accuracy and reporting any errors. This includes summarizing production sheets, translating DCIS data, and calculating performances for each associate covered by the program. (65% of time) Reporting: Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reports to DC Management and Payroll on a regular basis. (15% of time) Troubleshooting: Analyze system output to identify and troubleshoot erroneous data, ensuring the integrity of our records. (10% of time) Administrative Tasks: File paperwork according to established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage. (5% of time) Special Projects: Be prepared to take on other projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt. (5% of time) Essential Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you will need: Previous clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Proficient 10-key skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately. Good math skills to perform calculations and ensure data accuracy. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. The ability to maintain confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive payroll information. Physical capability to lift and move boxes up to 25 lbs. Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with DC Management, Engineering team, and Payroll staff. Compensation: We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $17 per hour, plus a $3 per hour shift differential for working the 3rd shift (11pm - 7am, Sunday - Thursday).
