About the role We’re looking for a Data & Analytics Manager who can turn raw data into powerful insights that shape strategy, improve performance, and elevate decision-making across the company. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role that owns the full data lifecycle—from governance and architecture to reporting, analytics, and predictive modeling. What you'll do • Lead with Strategy & Vision • Build and execute the organization’s data strategy in alignment with growth goals. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts and/or data engineers. • Partner with leaders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR/People, and Product to identify and prioritize analytical insights that matter. Own Data Management & Governance • Oversee data architecture, pipelines, integrations, and warehouse health. • Implement governance frameworks that ensure accuracy, compliance, and security. • Manage master data integrity across systems (CRM, HRIS, ERP, project/task management tools). Build World-Class Analytics & Insights • Design dashboards, reporting tools, and self-service analytics for teams and leadership. • Run deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. • Lead forecasting, modeling, segmentation, and statistical analysis to inform planning. • Translate complex findings into simple, compelling narratives for executive audiences. Drive Technology & Infrastructure Excellence • Evaluate, implement, and optimize BI tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, etc.). • Partner with Engineering/IT on architecture and integrations. • Maintain strong documentation for all data models, pipelines, and dashboards. Collaborate Across the Organization • Define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and metrics with cross-functional stakeholders. • Support company-wide initiatives including revenue optimization, customer analytics, DEI insights, people analytics, resource planning, and financial reporting. • Provide data support for audits, compliance, and operational workflows. Education, Experience and Training • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Analytics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, BI, or data strategy roles. • 2+ years leading analysts, engineers, or cross-functional project teams. • Advanced SQL skills and experience with at least one major BI platform (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake). • Hands-on experience building or managing data pipelines, ETLs, or cloud data warehouses. • Experience in high-growth, multi-site, or technology-driven environments strongly preferred. • Bonus points for Python/R, statistical modeling, or analytics/gov/cloud certifications. Compensation There is a different pay range applicable to specific work locations and regions. The base salary for this role falls in the range of $140K - $190K per annum and is dependent on numerous varying factors, including but not limited to skills, work experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This range does not include other compensation benefits that may be offered as part of the total compensation package.
