Lead the development and execution of cybersecurity strategies for clients utilizing Oracle Cloud applications and data. Work closely with clients to understand their unique security needs and provide tailored solutions to mitigate risks. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current security posture and make recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle Cloud security and proactively identify potential vulnerabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and legal, to ensure a holistic approach to cybersecurity. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Oversee the implementation and management of security controls, including access controls, encryption, and identity and access management. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential threats. Mentor and train junior team members on Oracle Cloud security best practices. Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity and make recommendations for their adoption. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide regular updates on security initiatives. Lead incident response and disaster recovery efforts in the event of a security breach. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness of security measures.
