About the Role As a CXO Site Lead at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, embodying our values and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include assisting with customer service operations, floor leader duties, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experience and operations. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers using effective engagement strategies and model desired behavior for the rest of the team, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience. Provide peer-to-peer feedback on processes and standards, serving as an escalation point to assist associate peers in resolving customer issues, where appropriate. Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement of the customer experience and operations, driving innovation and excellence. Help identify and communicate barriers and trends that impact the customer and associate experience, supporting the manager in building a strong site culture. Work collaboratively with the manager to maintain the physical safety and quality standards of the site, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for customers and associates. Thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities with ease and resilience. Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team and the business. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic qualifications: Be 18 years of age or older. Hold a high school or equivalent diploma. Have experience in training others, with a passion for developing and supporting your colleagues. Preferred qualifications include: 1+ years of floor leader or other leadership experience, or 1+ years of experience working at blithequark. 1+ years of retail or customer-facing experience, or 1+ years of experience working at blithequark. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and identify areas for improvement. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences and maintaining site standards. Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as well as continuously climb and descend stairs. Compensation and Benefits At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $56,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including: Medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
