Job Summary As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will work in a remote setting, providing support to customers via phone and email. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to improve their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer calls and emails, providing solutions and support to customers regarding their pharmacy benefit plans. Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide clear and concise information about pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer experiences. Document customer interactions, maintaining accurate records and reports. Collaborate with colleagues and management to identify and implement process improvements. Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting. Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefits management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve complex customer issues. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
