You will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, helping them resolve issues, and continuously learning about our app and the Shopify ecosystem. Your input will be invaluable in driving product improvement and innovation, and you will have the opportunity to explore other aspects of the business, potentially switching roles in the future. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate effectively with customers via live chat or email, resolving problems and providing exceptional support * Continuously learn about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to better serve our customers * Summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest new ways to improve our product * Perform non-CS related tasks, such as researching tools, writing blog posts, and creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests **Must-Have Qualifications** * Superb written and verbal communication skills * Enjoy talking to people and solving their problems * Ability to handle challenging customers (although we have very few of those!) * Proficient in discussing technical concepts at a high level * Comfortable working with basic CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more if needed * Ability to write technical documentation and articles * Willingness to perform non-CS related tasks in a small startup environment * Ability to work at least 4 hours overlap with GMT+7 (9am-6pm) **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** * Experience working with Shopify, especially in theme development or customization * Experience working with B2B SaaS * Additional languages, particularly French, Spanish, and Italian * Any other skills that can be beneficial to a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, etc. **Work Environment and Culture** blithequark is a remote-friendly company that values flexibility and work-life balance.
