Job Summary As an Entry Level Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Support Representatives, while also providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' products and services to effectively explain benefits and features to customers, and answer questions in a clear and concise manner. Customer Interaction Management: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules to ensure seamless communication and follow-up. Proactive Problem-Solving: Take initiative to resolve customer issues, demonstrate a "can-do" mindset, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of Customer Support Representatives to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and clients through excellent communication, active listening, and empathy. Continuous Learning: Dedicate time to learning and training to master the craft of hospitality and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma. Experience: At least one year of experience in customer support, hospitality, or a related field (retail, restaurant, etc.). Product Knowledge: Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge to customers. Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or team management role. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the hospitality industry or customer support software. Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages (optional).
