Customer Success Specialist – Real Estate Agent Support
Are you a problem-solver who loves helping others succeed? We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to provide top-notch support to real estate agents, ensuring they have everything they need to thrive. You’ll be the go-to person for system guidance, workflow questions, and onboarding assistance—handling both inbound requests and proactive follow-ups to keep agents on track. This is a remote, part-time role (2 hours/day, Monday–Friday) with flexibility and room to grow as part of our expanding support team. What You’ll Do: Serve as the main point of contact for agents, answering system, workflow, and process questions Conduct outbound follow-ups and check-ins to ensure agents are supported and tasks are completed Guide agents through CRM, tools, and internal systems, providing clear instructions and troubleshooting Track interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM to maintain accurate records Identify opportunities to improve the agent experience and share feedback with leadership Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, positivity, and a solution-oriented mindset Who You Are: Experienced in customer success, call center, or support roles, ideally with a CRM or real estate background Strong communicator in English; bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting Comfortable using CRMs, virtual communication tools, and task management systems Friendly, energetic, and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed Reliable internet and a quiet workspace Able to work within U.S. Eastern Time business hours Schedule & Opportunity: Part-Time: 2 hours/day, Monday–Friday Availability: Must be reachable between 9 AM – 7 PM ET Growth Potential: This role can evolve as our team grows, with opportunities to take on more responsibility over time Apply tot his job
