Key Responsibilities Engage with Customers through Live Chat: Provide timely and effective assistance to customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries and offering product support that meets their needs. Maintain Professionalism and Empathy: Ensure all customer interactions are characterized by a high level of professionalism and empathy, reflecting positively on blithequark's commitment to customer satisfaction. Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain precise records and facilitate follow-up actions as necessary. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex customer issues, escalating matters when required to ensure prompt resolution. Gather Customer Feedback: Collect valuable insights and feedback from customers to inform improvements in our products and services, enhancing the overall customer experience. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel as a Customer Success Specialist / Live Chat Support at blithequark, you'll need: Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote setting, is essential. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical for success in this role.
