Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to accurately answer customer inquiries. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and products. Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business. Follow safety and security procedures to create a safe shopping environment for customers and employees. Proactively identify and address potential customer service or sales issues. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
