As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our brand through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. You'll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience and driving loyalty. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing professional and timely solutions. Identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt resolution. Follow up on complex customer interactions, providing a seamless experience. Accurately record details of customer interactions, maintaining high-quality records. Develop rapport with customers, delivering an upbeat and positive experience. Offer solutions rather than excuses, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. 1 year of call center experience (preferred), with a strong understanding of call center operations and best practices. Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening multiple tabs (required). Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required), with the ability to communicate effectively in writing. Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah. In addition to these qualifications, you'll need to possess: An excellent customer service attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. The ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience truly memorable. A friendly, confident, and self-starting personality, with a positive and proactive approach. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
