Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Working under the guidance of our dedicated customer service supervisor, you'll handle telephone inquiries, manage customer accounts, process payments, and initiate cases for further investigation with utmost diligence and care. You'll be an integral part of our customer service team, providing exceptional service experiences, resolving customer concerns, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Customer Account Management : Assist customers in seamlessly navigating the account opening process, clearly communicate account terms, conditions, and policies, and conduct account maintenance tasks such as changes, adjustments, and statement requests. Payment Processing : Process account payments and perform end-of-shift cash-out procedures accurately. Customer Support : Provide support in resolving customer concerns and correspondence, and reach out to customers for additional account information as needed. Reporting and Documentation : Prepare insightful reports, including the CSR Daily Activity report and cash-out report. Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management through effective communication, active listening, and empathy. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Education : High School Diploma; some college education preferred. Experience : A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Typing Skills : Proficiency in typing (30+ words per minute). Computer Skills : Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask across various programs. Background Check and Drug Test : Successful completion of a background check and drug test. Language Skills : Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish are encouraged to apply and will be eligible for a higher hourly rate.
