As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be instrumental in helping the world's most renowned brands improve their businesses by providing exceptional customer support and resolving routine problems and queries regarding their products and services. About the Role: Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy, and building rapport to maximize customer satisfaction. Clarifying customer requirements, probing for understanding, and utilizing decision-support tools to resolve non-standard customer issues that require conceptual thinking. Resolving overdue bills, collecting payments from responsible parties, and addressing client queries regarding delinquent accounts, as well as developing repayment plans. Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services to provide accurate and comprehensive support. Preparing complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required, and being tenacious in tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in the call tracking database. Ensuring service delivered to customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Being comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes. Your Qualifications: Skills and Competencies To excel as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A High School Diploma and/or GED. A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. Residence within a 25 to 30-mile radius of the blithequark site located at 1900 Meyer Drury Drive, Arnold, MO. Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills. The ability to work rotational shifts as needed. Genuine compassion, integrity, and a customer-centric approach.
