We're committed to excellence and integrity, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative - Loan Services, you'll be responsible for managing inbound communications, providing accurate information, assisting with loan applications, and resolving issues related to loan products, applications, and processes. You'll work closely with our loan services team to provide seamless customer service and escalate any complex issues.
