About the Role: Customer Service Representative - Inbound Call Center Agent We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for child support client stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support via phone calls. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home and a competitive compensation package. Key Responsibilities: Receive and respond to inbound calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. Categorize all calls received into designated categories and record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls. Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of client inquiries. Utilize strong oral and written communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and support. Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy when interacting with clients and stakeholders. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad operations. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field. Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad operations. Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (typing test will be administered during the interview process). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to use tact, patience, and courtesy. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in English/Spanish. Experience with call center technology and software. Knowledge of human services or a related field.
