Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from REALTORS and homeowners, providing exceptional service and support. You will work in a call-center environment, with no outbound cold-calling, sales, debt collections, or telemarketing calls. Our extensive paid training program will prepare you for this role, and you will have the opportunity to work with a live trainer in a small class setting. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from REALTORS and homeowners, providing exceptional service and support Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and self-motivation to provide excellent service Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Background and drug screen required Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications 1 year of customer service experience 1 year of call center experience Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously. Additionally, you will be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
