As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with other Ambassadors to drive sales success and representing our partner's brand in the local area. Key Responsibilities Implement advanced negotiation and relationship-building tactics to directly engage with consumers, optimizing sales outcomes and driving revenue growth. Serve as the primary point of contact, representing our partner's brand and image in the local area, and providing customers with comprehensive information about their products and services. Offer effective solutions for both current and anticipated service-related challenges, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that fosters loyalty and retention. Work in partnership with other Ambassadors to drive sales success, sharing best practices and collaborating to achieve team goals. Attend daily marketing and sales strategy meetings with fellow team members to assist in raising brand awareness throughout a given territory, staying up-to-date on the latest promotions and product offerings. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with some experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not required. A self-starting attitude and work ethic, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team. Confidence in your communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with consumers and represent our partner's brand. A team player mentality, with a collaborative approach to achieving sales success and driving business growth. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: A weekly salary range of $800-$1,500, with opportunities for bonus and commission earnings. A comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) and professional development assistance. A range of perks, including bonus opportunities, commission pay, performance bonuses, and uncapped commission. Schedule and Work Location This is a full-time, in-person role based in Moreno Valley, CA. The schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, day shift, with occasional weekend work as needed.
