Job Summary/Objective As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating order transactions. Your role is crucial in providing an outstanding customer experience, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities Interacts with customers via phone, email, or online chat to provide timely and precise communication, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Collects and enters orders for our products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Fields customer questions and concerns, developing resolutions and ensuring appropriate actions are taken. Manages the flow of sales orders for internal sales partners, confirming accuracy and maintaining customer records in CRM and other business systems. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals. Assists with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication skills, including active listening with attention to detail. A service-oriented mindset, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software. The ability to learn from and adapt to customer service trends based on customer communication and feedback. A calm and professional demeanor in all situations. The ability to navigate various sources of information to assist customers with product inquiries and ensure accuracy of purchase orders. Preferred Qualifications While not required, experience with: CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems is a plus. Zendesk and Asana is desirable. While some lifting may be required during set up and tear down of trade shows, this is minimal, and you'll be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
