We're proud to have been recognized as one of the top 10 "Best Companies to Sell For" by Selling Power magazine and included in Forbes magazine's "Platinum 400 – Best Big Companies" list. **What You'll Be Doing** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through: * Assisting customers via telephone or email, addressing their queries related to accounts, procedures, and services * Providing top-notch customer service to both customers and arenaflex personnel, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience * Performing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through arenaflex's escalation process * Partnering with the Sales Department to provide administrative support and drive business growth * Handling basic data entry and other administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail **Qualifications** We're looking for a talented individual with: * 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged) * A High School diploma or GED equivalent * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on professional telephone and email etiquette * Essential skills: active listening, responsiveness, and a personable approach * Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc.) * Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also working independently * Problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment * Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.) **What's in It for You?** At arenaflex, we're committed to your growth and development.
