Customer Service Representative

Richelieu is a leading North American distributor, importer, and manufacturer of specialty hardware and complementary products. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will provide customer service support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying order information, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Answer phone calls from customers placing orders as well as provide sales quotes Work closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone as well as face-to-face in the showroom Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, day shift only.
