They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist employers and members with retirement-related inquiries and to ensure efficient communication and education regarding the agency's services. Responsibilities Be a primary contact for employers who have questions regarding reporting requirements process, and members with account questions Become knowledgeable about all areas of retirement including, but not limited to, basic structure and requirements of all 10 retirement systems administered by MPERA, employer reporting processes and requirements, and general retiree matters Skills Two-years of post-secondary education, in business or a related field At least one year of directly related work experience in customer service Ability to utilize current office software effectively in role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in an office setting with noise distractions and interruptions Self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy working with and for the public Ability to learn a variety of state retirement rules, regulations, and policies as they relate to employer reporting Benefits Work/life Balance Health Coverage Retirement Plans Paid Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays Company Overview State of Montana has a desire to cultivate a workforce consistently able to respond to challenges facing Montana.
