Job Summary As a Customer Service Coordinator - Card Account Servicing, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will be the voice of Capital One, championing our customers and providing them with personalized solutions to meet their financial needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Demonstrate a strong customer focus, rooted in empathy, and a willingness to listen and understand customer needs. Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers, using clear and concise language. Exercise good judgment and independent decision-making skills, making recommendations and taking actions that align with company policies and procedures. Demonstrate exceptional listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques, resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently. Be proactive, with effective time management and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures. Participate in ongoing training and development programs, enhancing knowledge and skills to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, peers, and management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Reliable private internet connection, not supplied via cellular data or hotspot, with a minimum download speed of 5 Mbps. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a financial services or banking environment. Knowledge of financial products and services, including credit cards and banking. Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field.
