As a Customer Representative on our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment. **What You'll Do in This Role** As a Customer Representative on our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing first-class customer satisfaction at all times, and doing whatever it takes to support our customers following our guidelines. * Handling incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat, or social media, and logging call details onto our call tracking systems. * Supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process by qualifying their needs, recommending products, and providing after-sales support. * Forwarding escalations and defined topics to our clients' brand units and/or contact persons when necessary. * De-escalating complaints, offering solutions within our clients' procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transferring non-standard cases to our clients' or designated partners for resolution. * Ensuring correct presentation of our clients' corporate images in all interactions, representing their brand and generating consumer experiences through outstanding service and personal care on all channels. **Your Qualifications** We're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
