As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will guide new Enterprise Plan customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they achieve success and build a strong foundation for using Typeform effectively. Responsibilities Guide new Enterprise Plan customers through the onboarding process, helping them define success and build initial use cases Run tailored onboarding sessions that focus on product education, workflow setup, and early wins Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless handoff and cohesive customer journey Track onboarding progress, usage data, and engagement signals to manage timelines and flag potential risks proactively Document and scale onboarding processes that support repeatability and efficiency Advocate for the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback with Product, Support, and other teams Skills Experience in a customer-facing role within SaaS — onboarding, customer success, or implementation preferred A background in research (e.g., user research, market research, behavioral science, or analytics) is highly valued Strong communication and project management skills — you're organized, empathetic, and proactive Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, approachable way to a variety of audiences Comfortable working with data and tools to track customer behavior and progress A collaborative mindset — you love working cross-functionally to deliver better outcomes Bonus: familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions or usage-based models Benefits 5-10% bonus depending on your level and performance Company Overview Typeform is a no-code SaaS platform offering tools that assist companies to engage with their audience and grow business.
