Over ten million pairs of glasses have been distributed in over 50 countries, empowering people to learn, work, and achieve better economic outcomes. **The Role** As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be responsible for delivering extraordinary glasses shopping and ownership experiences to each and every one of our customers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing above-and-beyond customer service over the phone, email, and live chat. You'll become an expert in our internal management system, efficiently processing sales orders and maintaining customer relationships.
