Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a high-volume environment. Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication. Technical proficiency, including typing speeds of 40 WPM or higher, and experience with customer support software and tools.
