About the Role As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service across multiple channels, including phone and email. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers with placing new orders, providing updates on existing orders, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding our products. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your expertise will be instrumental in building trust and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve their queries and concerns. Provide detailed and accurate information about orders, including status updates and product availability. Review customer orders and account information to identify and resolve issues promptly. Utilize MS Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage customer data, track orders, and perform other administrative tasks. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you'll need: A High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Basic computer navigation skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. A proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: A pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Schedule and Work Hours The Customer Care Specialist role requires working Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed. The schedule is 7am - 6pm, and you'll be required to be available during these hours to provide support to our customers.
