Key Responsibilities Respond to email messages, faxes, and service tickets in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Engage with customers to determine their needs and provide personalized support, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner. Respond to inquiries on vehicle titling and registration processes, providing accurate and up-to-date information to dealers, state motor vehicle agencies, customers, and clients. Make outbound calls to dealers and state motor vehicle agencies (DMVs) to obtain vehicle title status, utilizing company proprietary software to research and track information. Use company proprietary software for data entry, account follow-up activity, and research, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date. Follow instructions and maintain workflow standards, meeting production and quality goals while adhering to all company policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and productive team environment. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Care Specialist II at blithequark, you will need: A High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field; OR a degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; OR 5 years of experience in a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service position, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Proficiency in PC software applications, including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook, with intermediate knowledge of data entry skills. The ability to type 35 WPM or greater at 99.6% accuracy, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred: Knowledge of client requirements for DMV and related documents, with a strong understanding of various state DMV forms and their usage. Familiarity with company proprietary software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Knowledge of state abbreviations and geography, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and its regulations.
