Cryptographic Key Management Operations Engineer

- Strong hands-on experience with cryptographic key storage and enterprise keystore management. - Proven experience working with HSMs, cloud KMS, or enterprise key management solutions. - Solid understanding of symmetric and asymmetric cryptography concepts. - Working knowledge of PKI, digital certificates, and key lifecycle management. Operational & Leadership Skills - Demonstrated experience providing production / BAU support for security or cryptographic platforms. - Ability to lead operational activities and mentor or guide junior engineers. - Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with ticketing systems and meeting operational SLAs. Compliance & Audit Awareness - Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS. - Experience supporting internal and external audits through documentation and evidence collection. Experience - 5 7+ years of experience in cryptographic operations, key management, or security operations. - Prior experience in financial services, payments, or other highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.
