CRO Specialist Needed (Auto Parts E-commerce)
We’re an online auto parts store and we’re looking for a CRO specialist to improve our website’s conversion rate and overall customer experience. Goal: Increase conversion rate (CR) by optimizing key user flows and making the site look and feel like a professional auto parts store (not like a dropshipping website). We want a strong “parts by vehicle / modification” experience. What you’ll do: • Audit the current funnel (homepage → category → product → cart → checkout) • Identify and prioritize CRO opportunities (UX/UI, trust, speed, messaging) • Improve site structure and navigation focused on vehicle fitment (brand/model/trim/engine/modification) • Optimize product pages (fitment clarity, specs, images, delivery/returns, guarantees) • Strengthen trust signals (company info, payments, shipping, warranty, reviews) • Set up / improve tracking and analytics (GA4, events, funnels, heatmaps) • Run A/B tests and report results with clear recommendations Requirements: • Proven CRO results for e-commerce (case studies or examples preferred) • Strong UX thinking + data-driven approach • Bonus: experience with auto parts websites, fitment systems, catalog structure What we provide: • Access to analytics and site data • Clear KPI: conversion rate growth • Long-term collaboration if results are strong Apply tot his job
