We are on the lookout for a talented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, with a focus on Landing Pages, to help elevate our paid social advertising campaigns to the next level. Your Role and Impact • Landing Page Leadership: Lead the strategy, design, and optimization of landing pages for paid social campaigns, from wireframes to copy and creative direction. • Funnel Optimization: Evaluate and improve the full DTC funnel, including PDPs, add-to-cart flows, and checkout experiences, identifying key drop-offs and opportunities to improve conversion. • Performance Analysis: Use data to test, learn, and iterate. Continuously run A/B tests, monitor metrics, and share learnings that guide both creative and media teams. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and growth strategists to ensure the post-click experience aligns with campaign goals and brand identity. What You Bring • Experience: 3+ years in CRO or growth-focused web optimization, ideally within DTC consumable or wellness eCommerce brands. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in wireframing tools and Shopify; experience with Unbounce, Leadpages, or similar page builders. • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools to uncover insights and guide testing priorities. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect ad creative, messaging, and landing page experience into one cohesive funnel. • Collaboration: Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
