CRM Manager, Casino
Job Description: • Own the end-to-end CRM strategy for calendar-based communications across DraftKings Casino and Golden Nugget brands • Lead an operational marketing team, setting the bar for performance, campaign execution, and delivery • Build and manage the marketing calendar, aligning messaging and segmentation around key promotional and seasonal moments • Partner across Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations Requirements: • At least 5 years of CRM or retention marketing experience, ideally in regulated gaming, e-commerce, or tech environments • At least 1 year of people management experience • Strong analytical mindset with experience running and interpreting A/B tests • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Braze and scripting logic like Liquid or conditional logic • Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, or Tableau is a plus Benefits: • Health insurance • Retirement plans • Paid time off • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development opportunities • Bonuses Apply tot his job
