The Role We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to own the concepting and script-writing behind some of our ads. You’ll interpret Meta performance data, study competitors and organic trends, synthesize insights into ad concepts, and then write the scripts and direction that bring those concepts to life. What You’ll Do • Interpret performance: Analyze Meta ad results in ad platform (hooks, retention, thumb-stop, CPA) and extract clear creative insights. • Study the target customer: Track competitors, winning ads, and organic content surrounding client's niches, to identify patterns and opportunities • Develop strategy: Turn insights into creative angles and concepts. • Write scripts: Produce clear, well-structured performance scripts that creators can film. • Raise the bar: Push creative quality, taste, and strategic rigor across every concept shipped. What Success Looks Like • The team looks at your work and goes.. "this person is good!" (AKA having good taste). • Your concepts outperform both Mindful's past work and other agencies (if they're also on the account). • Your scripts are clear, strategic, and flow as if spoken. No typos. • Creative decisions are backed by data and taste. • Having great concepts that are done before the deadline. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves • 4+ years in experience working with UGC or creator-led ads. + bonus points if there's experience working with UGC-related to software/tech/apps. • Understanding of Meta ads and how to use Meta ads manager. • Strong writing ability (concepts, hooks, scripts and creative direction). • Ability to synthesize data, trends, and intuition into new concepts. • SOMEONE WHO HAS A VISION AND TASTE.
