Costing and Elections Analyst
CalPERS, the nation's largest public pension fund, is seeking a Costing & Elections Analyst in the Member Account Management Division. The role involves performing eligibility reviews and cost calculations for service credit purchase requests, as well as investigating and resolving inquiries of a sensitive nature. Responsibilities Perform eligibility review and cost calculations of service credit purchase (SCP) requests Review, research, evaluate, correct, process, and maintain SCP elections Investigate and resolve difficult and sensitive cases and issues Respond to inquiries (i.e.: telephone, Workflow inquiries, etc.) of a difficult and sensitive nature and escalates to designated team members when appropriate Skills Perform eligibility review and cost calculations of service credit purchase (SCP) requests Review, research, evaluate, correct, process, and maintain SCP elections Investigate and resolve difficult and sensitive cases and issues Respond to inquiries (i.e.: telephone, Workflow inquiries, etc.) of a difficult and sensitive nature and escalates to designated team members when appropriate Provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the hiring manager's review.
