Corporate Trainer/Instructor - SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP PP)
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver expert-led SAP SCM / SAP PP training programs to corporate and enterprise clients across global locations. - Conduct in-depth training on SAP Production Planning, including demand management, MRP, capacity planning, production orders, and manufacturing execution. - Provide integrated process training covering touchpoints with SAP MM, QM, WM/EWM, and PM modules. - Deliver hands-on training using SAP S/4HANA, leveraging real-world business scenarios and industry use cases. - Train learners on advanced planning concepts; exposure to PP/DS or SAP IBP is a strong advantage. - Mentor and guide learners throughout the training lifecycle, addressing queries, conducting assessments, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer. - Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance courseware, labs, documentation, and training delivery methodologies. - Deliver training primarily through virtual platforms and, when required, conduct in-person corporate sessions. - Evaluate learner performance and provide structured, actionable feedback. - Stay up to date with the latest SAP releases, S/4HANA innovations, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: - 2+ years of SAP SCM/PP experience. - Strong communication and presentation skills for virtual delivery. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts. - Prior corporate training or mentoring experience is a plus. - Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP with real-world implementation or support exposure. - Working knowledge or training experience in at least one additional module: SAP MM, QM, WM/EWM, or PM.
