Corporate Compliance Associate

FanDuel is a premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada, looking to add a Corporate Compliance Associate to their team. This role involves supporting the Corporate Compliance team with compliance program execution, policy development, and operationalizing compliance initiatives. Responsibilities Support day-to-day work across Policy Governance, Compliance Training & Awareness and Employee Compliance programs (COI, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Gifts & Hospitality, Charitable Donations, Third-Party Due Diligence, Employee Play, Code of Conduct, E-Communications Surveillance) Draft, revise, and track policies, procedures, reference documents, trainings, and communications—incorporating feedback quickly Deliver high-quality outputs for review, anticipate next steps, and flag risks or blockers early Partner with Compliance Operations to operationalize new programs (e.g., VIP, Privacy, electronic communications monitoring) and document clear guides/templates, job aids, etc Prioritize critical tasks against team goals; maintain clean records and an auditable trail Identify efficiency gains and help implement process improvements Adapt to new projects and teammates with minimal onboarding, applying FanDuel Principles in daily work Pitch in on ad hoc tasks and support teammates to keep work moving Skills Minimum of 1+ years of previous experience working within a highly regulated environment: financial or similar (in a compliance function is preferred) Proven process execution and a continuous-improvement mindset Ability to think critically and communicate clearly and efficiently, both orally and written Outstanding ability to manage projects, multi-task, prioritize, work independently and excellent organizational skills An exceptional team player who shows early leadership behaviors and works hard in a fast-paced, scaling environment Enthusiastic collaborator, effective with stakeholders within the company and beyond Benefits Health plans to choose from Programs for fertility and family planning Mental health support Fitness benefits Generous paid time off (PTO & sick leave) Annual bonus and long-term incentive opportunities 401k with up to a 5% match Commuter benefits Pet insurance Medical, vision, and dental insurance Life insurance Disability insurance A 401(k) matching program Paid personal time off 14 paid company holidays Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws Company Overview FanDuel is a gaming company that offers sportsbook, daily fantasy sports, horse racing, and online casino games.
