The Nevada Supreme Court is seeking a temporary contract Data Entry & Court Statistics Specialist to support statewide court data initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of court data used for statistical reporting and compliance. Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry related to court cases, charges, dispositions, and related statistical fields Review and validate court data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards Assist with data cleanup efforts in preparation for data warehouse implementation and statewide reporting Identify missing, inconsistent, or incorrect data and flag issues for review or correction Follow documented procedures and data standards for court statistics and reporting Maintain data confidentiality and comply with court policies and security requirements Collaborate with project staff to track progress, document work completed, and meet project timelines Skills High school diploma or equivalent education Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and quality Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook Basic proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Ability to follow written procedures and apply standardized rules consistently Strong organizational and time management skills Additional coursework or training in data entry, records management, or administration is a plus Company Overview Comprised of seven justices, the Nevada Supreme Court is the highest judicial authority and administrative head of Nevada's legal system.
