As a key member of our moderation team, you'll play a critical role in reviewing user-generated content (text, images, and videos) to ensure it complies with our community guidelines and policies. Your keen eye for detail and sound judgment will help identify and address inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content, ultimately contributing to a positive user experience and a healthy digital community. Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate user content across various formats (images, text, and videos) according to set guidelines and policies. Analyze content for violations such as hate speech, bullying, adult content, and misinformation. Take swift, decisive action on flagged content to either approve or escalate it for further review. Identify trends in content and flag emerging issues that may require updated policies. Collaborate with other moderators and team leads to refine moderation processes and standards. Provide feedback on platform tools and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy. What You'll Need to Succeed: To excel in this role, you'll need: Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions. Comfort with reviewing sensitive or explicit content . Excellent communication skills to report findings and escalate issues. Ability to maintain neutrality and fairness when handling sensitive situations. Experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly considered: Experience in content moderation or a similar field.
