Content creator / strategist
We are looking for someone who can support a warm, relatable personal brand in her 60s focused on retirement lifestyle and life after work. This role involves helping her grow from zero - no existing following, no existing content - so experience guiding someone who is just starting out is important. Ideally you’ve worked with more mature creators or clients and know how to help someone who isn't technical, feel confident and supported on camera. What you will do: - Create simple weekly content ideas - Guide which topics should be short form or long form - Help shape her voice and brand tone - Suggest content with viral potential - Improve scripts and talking points - Give feedback on camera angles, lighting, and presentation - Build a basic weekly content calendar - Review content before posting - Keep content consistent across all platforms - Support planning for future workshops or online programs Skills and experience - Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook - Good sense of what performs well in lifestyle, coaching, wellbeing, or educational content - Comfortable guiding someone on camera presence Simple script writing or editing skills - Clear communication, patient, and supportive working style - Experience helping personal brands grow from zero is a strong plus Bonus if you’ve worked with older audiences or retirement focused content Apply tot his job
