Content Creator
About the Role Cipriani Remodeling Solutions is seeking a creative, experienced Content Creator to help grow our digital presence and showcase what makes our remodeling company stand out in a competitive market. This role includes on-site content creation at active job sites and in-office content creation, such as educational videos, design walk-throughs, product explanations, before-and-after reveals, and strategy-driven marketing content filmed at our Mount Laurel Office. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, is comfortable working independently, and can turn engaging content into real business growth. Content Creation • Film and produce short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.) at job sites and in the office. • Capture behind-the-scenes footage, remodel progress, before-and-after transformations, “day in the life” videos, and customer testimonials. • Create educational content explaining remodeling processes, materials, layouts, design choices, and construction timelines. • Pitch, plan, and execute creative content ideas that highlight Cipriani’s expertise, craftsmanship, and customer-first approach. Video Editing & Production • Edit all recorded content into high-quality, engaging videos. • Maintain consistent branding, pacing, captions, and visual style. • Deliver content quickly. Same-day or next-day turnaround when possible. Social Media Management • Manage and post content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. • Write captions, hashtags, and titles optimized for reach, engagement, and lead generation. • Track performance analytics and recommend content improvements. • Respond to comments or messages when appropriate and escalate qualified leads to the internal team. Strategy & Marketing Support • Collaborate with company leadership to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns. • Research competitors and remodeling industry trends to identify content opportunities. • Create content designed to build trust, showcase quality, and drive inbound leads. • Bring fresh, creative ideas to help scale our online presence and brand recognition. Requirements • Portfolio of prior work showing short-form video content. • Strong video editing skills. • Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand. • Understanding of marketing principles and organic lead generation. • Comfortable working on active construction/remodeling job sites and in an office setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work efficiently, independently, and creatively. • Reliable personal vehicle for travel to job sites. • Remodeling, construction, or home improvement industry experience is a plus, but not required.
