Providence is calling a Compliance Specialist, Revenue Cycle, CIA who will: • Provide Revenue Cycle Hospital Billing compliance program support to management across Providence St. Joseph Health and its Affiliates in furtherance of our mission and to provide an effective compliance program • Be expected to possess mid-level skills in investigative, research techniques and auditing practices, while developing greater expertise in certain regulatory, compliance and Revenue Cycle topics • Work with highly sensitive information • Have diverse responsibilities supporting Providence St. Joseph Health and its affiliates, including hospitals, physician clinics, skilled nursing facilities, health plan, medical foundations, educational institutions, child care centers, in-home services, and Providence Strategic Management Services (PSMS) • This position includes the occasional overnight travel and occasional inter-facility commuting We welcome 100% remote work for residents of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Montana, California and Texas. Required qualifications for this position include: • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience • Compliance/privacy experience in a healthcare setting preferred Preferred qualifications for this position include: • 3+ years experience with Progressive RIS internal audits, information security or compliance/privacy experience • 3+ years' experience with Health Information Management, Accreditation Services or Revenue Cycle Services • Nurse Auditor experience Salary Range by Location: WA: (Puget Sound, Vancouver), OR: (Portland), AK: (Anchorage): • Min: $34.28 • Max: $55.33 OR: (Salem, Hood River, Medford, Seaside): • Min: $31.96 • Max: $51.58 E-WA: (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla): • Min: $30.50 • Max: $ 49.23 NorCal (Napa, Sonoma): • Min: $40.09 • Max: $64.71 SoCal, NorCal (Humboldt), AK: (Kodiak, Seward, Valdez): • Min: $35.73 • Max: $57.67 MT: • Min: $27.60 • Max: $44.55 Lubbock, TX: • Min: $26.15 • Max: $42.20 Why Join Providence?
