Position Summary The Compensation Analyst will lead and support compensation processes across Oceaneering's global organization, partnering closely with HR and business leaders. They will support the design of compensation structures and processes using industry and practices. Duties And Responsibilities ESSENTIAL: Lead and support annual compensation cycles and pay programs for general compensation, Technicians, and Rotators. Partner closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and budget requirements. Conduct annual market pricing reviews to maintain competitive salary structures aligned with market trends, supporting strategic workforce planning and financial goals. Serve as a subject matter expert to HR partners, Operations, and employees by providing timely, professional guidance on compensation policies, practices, and inquiries. Develop and maintain job architecture, salary structures, and leveling frameworks, including: Designing and managing processes to evaluate new roles and integrate them into the framework. Identifying and assessing global survey data sources. Analyzing survey results and recommending market-aligned pay structures. Collaborating with HR to ensure consistent job mapping across the organization. Facilitate organizational change by delivering insights, recommendations, and communications related to compensation activities based on trend analysis and actual results. Stay current on compensation trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance program effectiveness. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments to ensure compliance with federal, state, and international compensation laws. Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to broader HR and business objectives. Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Mathematics or other related field and five or more (5+) years of professional experience in compensation analyst role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong individual leadership skills, project management, analytical, influence, and facilitation skills. Must have high level of proficiency and experience in analysis of data. Proficient use of Microsoft excel and creation and utilization of databases. DESIRED: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) . Knowledge of Global compensation pay structures, laws and regulations. Experience in the oil and gas industry and working with all levels of leaders and employees. Experience with Technician and Rotator compensation. Experience with PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM System. Experience with HR Soft's Comp View - Compensation Planning Software. Experience with Pay scale Market Pay survey management software. Ability to understand and work in matrixed global organization. Additional Information This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
