IDEAL CANDIDATE: • Sales professionals looking to add flexible income • Real estate agents wanting to diversify revenue streams • Former retail/furniture sales people who thrive in commission-based environments • Interior design enthusiasts who love working with clients • Self-motivated professionals who want control over their schedule and earning potential • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Detail-oriented self-starter • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning design software • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation WE PROVIDE: • Pre-qualified leads - no cold calling or door knocking • Comprehensive design and sales training • Professional design software and tools • Flexible schedule - average 3 appointments per week • Supportive team environment • Unlimited earning potential RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads • Design custom storage solutions using our CAD software • Present proposals and close sales • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process • Collaborate with installation teams • Maintain detailed project documentation and manage your sales pipeline QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience in sales (retail, furniture, real estate, B2C, etc.) • Background in interior design or architecture is a plus • Must be comfortable using technology and learning new software • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule COMPENSATION: This is a commission-based 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential.
