Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership : Supervise and mentor clinical field staff, including RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides, to guarantee adherence to care plans and organizational policies. Care Coordination : Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and healthcare professionals to develop and modify patient care strategies. Regulatory Compliance : Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, both state and federal. Qualifications Essential Qualifications Active RN License : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
