Clinical Reporting and Insights Partner - Quality Performance Improvement and Data Analysis

Job Summary Prisma Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Reporting and Insights Partner to join our team of quality improvement professionals. As a Clinical Reporting and Insights Partner, you will play a critical role in driving quality performance improvement and data analysis across our organization. You will work closely with our quality team to deploy a collaborative, proactive approach to quality, safety, and efficiency, leveraging your expertise in technical problem-solving, needs analysis, and solution development. Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders to develop and revise performance indicators and monitoring, and coordinate project development, data analysis, and synthesis of clinical and administrative data. Prepare comparative analysis and reports for review by clinical and administrative leaders, and work with statistical data to create advanced charts, tables, and graphs. Ensure data integrity, analyze major trends, and report variances in quality outcomes through the development of system reports and scorecards. Demonstrate ability to merge clinical data with other types of data, database creation, management, and maintenance, and work independently and effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Coordinate and collaborate with physician leadership to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and compile data from multiple sources into meaningful reports. Identify national and state best practices or guidelines that promote quality, patient safety, and effective outcomes, and perform other duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or related health science field of study. Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in quality improvement, clinical data review, or performance improvement. Certifications and Licenses Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is preferred. Certification in Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and data entry. Knowledge of office equipment, mathematical skills, and electronic health records. Organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize, and demonstrated success working effectively in situations where strong leadership skills are required. Excellent written, verbal, and multi-media skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and strong project planning skills. Conflict management, negotiation, and change management skills, and knowledgeable of quality improvement and patient safety concerns and tools. Highly developed problem-solving skills, able to analyze interrelated elements of problems and work systematically to solve them.
