Acosta Group is seeking a Client Solutions Specialist who will support client relationships and assist with strategic planning. The role involves managing client-specific initiatives, analyzing program results, and developing performance measurement tools. Responsibilities Act as supporting point of contact with client, maintain relationships and assist with strategic planning Help manage execution of all client-specific initiatives working cross-departmentally Compile and analyze weekly program results; utilize information to provide continued development of program efficiencies Work with leaders to develop and manage field performance measurement tools (scorecard, reports, key performance indicators, etc.) Online set-up of call reports and scheduling Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 1+ years of experience in retail and/or consumer electronics environment Client Management experience Analytical skills required - detailed data-analysis and comprehensive follow-up needed Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project coordination skills, management experience, and prioritization of tasks Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the client Professional attitude and strong leadership skills Possess an expert understanding and ability to use additional Microsoft Office products, primarily Word, Outlook, Publisher and PowerPoint Seeing Ability to travel when needed Sitting for long period of time Company Overview Acosta Group is a collection of the most trusted retail, marketing, and foodservice firms.
